Every order is prepared by hand in our workshop in Menorca. Preparation takes 2–3 working days from payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Fridays or weekends are processed the following Monday.
Times are estimates and may vary during peak season or due to circumstances beyond Leo Sun's control.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the status on the carrier's website.
We ship with Correos and SEUR depending on the destination and order size. Some local orders in Menorca are delivered directly.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, email us at hello@leosun.es and we'll sort it out without unnecessary bureaucracy.
