The Brand
Leo Sun was born in Menorca, in a workshop overlooking the northern calas. From here comes the slow pace, the turquoise water, and the habit of doing things right — without rush.

The ingredients come from the island — olive oil from the inland groves, salt from ses Salines de la Concepció, white clay from the coves. The tramuntana as witness.
