You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return any product without giving a reason.
To start a return, email us at hello@leosun.es with your order number and we'll walk you through the process.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
In those cases, Leo Sun covers the return shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the refund within 5–7 working days. The amount is returned via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it without hassle.
